Shipping

We pack and ship all of our orders ourselves from our barn in Dorset.

UK domestic shipping

We’ll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. If you are concerned about an order please contact us at hello@parlanceclothing.com and we will track it for you.

International shipping

For international orders we ship with DHL. We use a trackable, insured service. All orders will be packed and ready to dispatch as soon as possible - please allow extra time for the package to get to you. If within Europe, this should be approx 2 days, for rest of the world it can be up to 7 days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Import taxes & duty

Customers with shipping addresses outside the UK are responsible for all applicable duties, VAT and import taxes. These are not included in the cost of shipping.

Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these amounts and will not be held liable.

Returns

We hope you love your purchases for years to come. However, if you do wish to return any items please see our returns policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

All items can be refunded or exchanged for something else within 14 days of your order being dispatched.

We do ask that all items are returned to us in unused, perfect condition, in original packaging

Return Costs

We can only refund return postal costs if the item is faulty. If this is the case, please obtain proof of postage in order for us to refund the cost to you.

We recommend that you send any returns using a track-able postal service. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to give a refund if returned items get lost in the post with no proof of postage.
